SANHEDRIN - Deal with Cruz Del Sur Music
SANHEDRIN, one of the most exciting new bands to emerge from the Brooklyn music scene, has signed with Cruz Del Sur Music for the April 27th European and May 4th North American vinyl release of their debut full-length, “A Funeral For The World”.
The 2014 creation of guitarist Jeremy Sosville (BLACK ANVIL) and drummer Nathan Honor, SANHEDRIN was eventually joined by former AMBER ASYLUM and LOST GOAT bassist/vocalist Erica Stoltz, whose vocal and lyrical exploits quickly became the perfect complement to the pair’s fledgling compositions. The trio produced a self-titled demo in 2015, but it wasn’t until “A Funeral For The World” did the band come into their own. Boasting a familiar, but not derivative sound, SANHEDRIN’s songwriting is rooted in the classics, translating into a fresh and honest take on rock and metal that easily crosses into doom, hard rock and stoner metal territory.
Live stints with ACID KING, CASTLE, CAULDRON, CRYPT SERMON, HELL FIRE, KHEMMIS, MAGIC CIRCLE and SATAN furthered honed SANHEDRIN’s approach, ultimately leading to Cruz Del Sur Music offering the band a deal.

New Jersey based Death Metallers SENTIENT HORROR strike back with a new EP!
"The Crypts Below" will be released on 30th March 2018 via Testimony Records on CD, limited vinyl and digitally. The North American release will be handled by Redefining Darkness Records.
Featuring 4 new songs and a cover version of the EDGE OF SANITY classic "Darkday", it paints a beautifully haunting landscape that celebrates Death Metal’s past while carving a hollow path towards the future. The EP was produced by bandleader Matt Moliti, mixed by Damian Herring (Subterranean Watchtower Studios, Virginia USA) and mastered by Dan Swanö at Unisound Studios. The cover artwork was created by Juanjo Castellano.

Matt Moliti states: "The idea for this EP was to go for the throat and never let up. The songs came out fast, brutal, and a little more complex than the material on ‘Ungodly Forms’. No leftovers or B sides here... these tunes are solid from front to back, and I believe this will serve as a an excellent bridge point between our debut and whatever we wind up doing on the 2nd full length. Covering ‘Darkday’ was a blast. We've played it live a few times, and since Edge of Sanity is one of our biggest influences, it was an obvious choice for a cover."

GRAVEYARD - 'Back To The Mausoleum' EP coming this April
Spanish Death Metallers GRAVEYARD return with a new EP!
To celebrate 10 years of madness, sonic debauchery and total Death Metal worship, GRAVEYARD decided that it was time to go back to the ‘House of Death / Mountains of Madness’ (a filthy garage up in the Castelldefels mountains), bring a trailer of equipment (and beers) and try to do something similar to their first ever demo "Into The Mausoleum", which was recorded right there shortly after the band's formation back in the day.
"Back To The Mausoleum" will be released on 27th April 2018 via War Anthem Records on CD and Vinyl and features a cover artwork Matt "Putrid" Carr. It was entirely written, rehearsed and recorded at this infamous 'House of Death', while the fine tuning with overdubs, solos and vocals was done at Moontower Studios owned by guitarist Javi Félez.

SUSPERIA - 'My Darkest Moment' music video premiere
Norwegian metallers SUSPERIA release music video for the track "My Darkest Moment". The video was filmed by Costin Chioreanu (Twilight 13 Media) and Gina Sandulescu. The song comes from the band's upcoming album "The Lyricist", set to be released on March 16th via Agonia Records.

"The Lyricist" was recorded at three different studios in Norway between February 2015 and May 2016. The album was later mixed and mastered at Strand Studio (Chrome Division, The Wretched End, In Vain) by Marius Strand. Cover design and artwork was prepared by Vincent Fouquet. New band photos were shot by Espen Bakken.

GATEKEEPER - 'East Of Sun' Album Cover Revealed
 Soon, the metal world will get to absorb the sounds of GATEKEEPER’s first full-length album, “East Of Sun”, an epic metal tour-de-force that will see the light of day on 27th April 2018 via Cruz Del Sur Music.
Rewind back to the early months of 2017, though, and it was legendary British artist Duncan Storr (DARK FOREST, EDGE OF SANITY, RAGE, SKYCLAD) who became one of the first people to hear the demos that would ultimately become “East Of Sun”. Well before they were signed to Cruz Del Sur, GATEKEEPER leader Geoff Blackwell mustered up the courage to email Storr a demo to see if he’d be willing to work on the project. Luckily for Blackwell and co., Storr took an immediate liking to GATEKEEPER and got down to business.
“I liked the demo and asked to hear a few more songs if they had more,” says Storr. “Geoff sent me over another two demos to listen to so I could get a good feel for their sound. The titles of the tracks ‘Warrior Without Fear’, ‘Oncoming Ice’, and ‘East Of Sun West of Moon’, sparked something and I got a few ideas from listening to the tracks.”
Storr proceed to reach into his vault and selected an unfinished piece he thought would be suit GATEKEEPER. “I sent Geoff a few of these images and relayed how I would like to incorporate some of the song ideas and embellish the atmosphere in the painting,” he says. “He got back to me after showing the rest of the band. The band have been great to work with and have kept me informed and added more demos for me to work with as I paint. I find this always helps.”
"We had a short list of people that we wanted to work with on this album and Duncan Storr was on it,” adds Blackwell. “He is a real gentleman and a master behind the paintbrush. The piece he showed us instantly clicked with our vision for the record and in a way, it drove us to work even harder on the music in order to match the quality of his art. GATEKEEPER would like to thank Duncan for his hard work, dedication to his craft and for being a loyal fan of rock and roll."
Originally formed in 2009 as a solo project by guitarist Geoff Blackwell, GATEKEEPER has assembled an impressive array of EPs and splits, including an appearance on Metal Blade’s “Metal Massacre XIV” where they contributed the song “Bell Of Tarantia”. Recorded over the span of six months at Harbourside Studios in Vancouver, Canada, “East Of Sun” was produced by Mike Rogerson, whose previous credits include ANNIHILATOR, AGGRESSION, 88 MILE TRIP and LOVERBOY, with additional production assistance provided by Angelo Boose.
