To Hell

Ván Records

Cobra was formed in 2005 with the purpose to play direct and aggressive heavy metal. After the release of “Demo II: The Highland Warrior” in 2007 and with a solid lineup, the band has maintained active playing live all over the city of Lima and also inside the country, earning the respect of the bangers of the national underground scene because of the energy of the band on every show. This got them being signed by the Peruvian label Austral Holocaust Productions, who have been working with so far.

In 2009 the band released "Poison in the Bones", a split CD with Skull from Colombia. This production got them their first tour over South America in February 2010. Upon their return, Cobra entered the studio to record their first full length album "Lethal Strike", which came to light in April 2011 and was distributed in Peru and abroad.

Following the debut album, Cobra continued playing live, even more frequently than before, reaching more and more places in Lima and inside Peru during the years 2011 and 2012.

In March 2013, Cobra comes to record their second album "To Hell" which will be released in February 2014. In addition the band will tour again, this time by Peru and Bolivia in late January and Chile in March.

Cobra's music is known for being honest, unpretentious, aggressive and straight to the bone. A battle cry and a savage discharge of heavy metal.
