Deformeathing Production proudly presents the new album of Poland's HELL-BORN. "VII" has become the band's most comprehensive, ominous, and apocalyptic effort to date. It will feature seven tracks of old-school death/black metal, infused with the band's signature melodies. Recorded, mixed and mastered at Crème de la Crème Studio in Tczew.
HELL-BORN was formed in Sopot in 1996 by instrumentalist Adam "Baal" Muraszko, shortly after his departure from Behemoth. Baal invited guitarist Leszek "Les" Dzięgielewski, known for his performances in Damnation, to collaborate. That same year, Pagan Records released the EP "Hell-Born" featuring Baal on drums and vocals, and Les on guitar. In 2001, the band's first full-length album "Hellblast" was released again on Pagan Records. The album was recorded at Studio Hertz in Białystok, featuring a new member, bassist Jeff.
In 2002, Conquer Records released their second album, "The Call Of Megiddo". Sebastian "Basti" Łuszczek played drums on the album, while Baal took over as bassist. Shortly thereafter, Basti left the band and was replaced by Krzysztof "Mały" Jankowski. With the renewed line-up, the band recorded the album "Legacy Of The Nephilim", released in 2003.
In 2006, with a new drummer (Necrolucas), the band recorded their fourth album "Cursed Infernal Steel" released on Conquer Records. In the United States, the album was released by Ibex Moon Rec. The album was promoted on the Torment Tour with bands like Hermh, Blindead and MasseMord. Shortly thereafter, Necrolucas left the band. He was replaced by Paweł "Paul" Jaroszewicz with whom the band recorded the album "Darkness" released in 2008 on Witching Hour Prod.
After thirteen long years, the band returned in 2021 with the album "Natas Liah". Featuring guest appearances from Jeff (former band member) and Nergal (Behemoth). The album was released via Odium Rec.
In 2026, with a new line-up (Baal, Les, Diabolizer, Rambo), HELL-BORN recorded their new album entitled "VII", scheduled for October 9th by Deformeathing Production. The new album's release will coincide with the upcoming reissues of all the band's previous material, also coming via Deformeathing Production.
