Release:
Trollzorn 20.04.2018 Distribution: Soulfood & AFM Records
Info:
CELTACHOR’s third full-length, “Fiannaìocht”, is a concept album about the youth of Irish mythology hero Finn of the Fianna. A few things have changed musically since the last albums. First of all, a violinist was added to the band and the new bassist also plays Irish harp and bouzouki, which results in more folk and melodic tunes. Beside of that, powerful clear vocals have been implemented by frontman Stephen, who used to specialise in Black Metal vocals only. CELTACHOR was established in 2007 in Dublin/Ireland, melding influences of Black, Doom and Folk Metal. The band aims to showcase their own vision of Irish Mythology, playing music with passion and straight from the heart.
