NECROBLASPHEME is a Brutal Death Metal band from Paris born in April 2001. At first, this band was composed of members from various groups. Christophe and Charly (guitars) were playing in MurduM, Olivier (drums) was in Domini Inferi (Black Metal), and Ryad in Catch Up (Death Metal). After Carol (bass) joined NECROBLASPHEME in September 2001, the group worked together on the demo Foetal Sodomy with Francis Caste (recording/mixing/mastering). The following month, Yann (vocals) from Acrocyanose (Thrash) enthusiastically joined NECRO to complete the line-up after the mysterious disappearance of Ryad.
Moving on as best they could, NECRO booked and played several gigs with bands like Sublime Cadaveric Decomposition, Aborted, Antaeus, Kaamos or Carnal Lust all over France. This led to NECROBLASPHEME signing with the fresh new label DESTRUCTIVE RECORDS.
This was the long awaited rebirth the band needed to record its first album Introducing Pure Violence in November 2002. With just a tiny taste of the quality of music which could then be produced, the band decided to keep working with Francis Caste at Studio St Marthe, (Paris 19).
Unfortunately, after the release of the album, Carol sadly left the band but was quickly replaced by Xavier. Since then NECROBLASPHEME has enjoyed a very stable and productive line-up. Despite NECROBLASPHEME's critically acclaimed success at the time, DESTRUCTIVE RECORDS went broke and the group was back on the street and fending for themselves yet again.
Nevertheless, after several more gigs and intense hours working to create new material, the band decided to record 2 fresh new songs in December 2004 in hope of finding the one new label with enough vision to give them a second chance.
During this period, NECROBLASPHEME had shaped its new sound. The music is more aggressive, more brutal and always dark and nihilistic. More than ready to record its second album “DESTINATION NULLE PART”, NECRO decided to work with Neb Xort at the Drudenhaus Studio (Anorexia Nervosa, GTI, Trepalium, Ultra Vomit, The CNK…).
NECROBLASPHEME is now proud to announce its new collaboration with the polish label AGONIA RECORDS.
